Teeth cleaned today. Dentist! X-ray as well, full set, all my teeth. Four cavities?, but one is under a filling, so they will just tamp that down to fill it in. Still, no insurance :(. Expensive prospect.
X ray lead bib. Heavy, comfortable. Nice pressure. Measured heart rate to be less than one beat per second. Very healthy. Idea: make own lead bib-type object and keep my heart rate that low?
Teeth were very clean. What brushing I do is working. Brush more!!
