   In this installment, we discuss some more miscellaneous ideas, the difference here being some (but not all) will set up and provide context for some future discussions of ours. This could easily be three posts right here, but this conversation more or less actually happened sequentially like this. I know, you're saying, I could split this apart and get three posts from this instead of one. Good point. But I'm not doing that. I feel that would be cheating you with too-short posts. Anyway. Great fun.

How's this for a video game mechanic: ammo being the same thing as life? So instead of shooting the enemy away, you could just buckle up and strategically conserve ammo?

(it would gradually refill, of course.)

Evidently The Strokes already have a song called "Whatever Happened?", but, far as I can tell, it's not about Robot Jones, so we should be good.

Unless I am not mistaken, my sad, green friend*, that song in question is called, What Ever Happened. (I looked it up on iTunes, and Apple is very seldom wrong.)
