I always figured super deduction, and the ability to subconsciously plot perfect escape routes would be cooler.

Also, the ability to control the environment around you by drawing a picture of it and then changing the picture.

And then he would get a camera installed in his head, and Adobe Photoshop technology, and he could edit his surroundings using the computer in his mind.
